Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program in Hong Kong follows the exact original 8-week curriculum developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness, which has brought mindfulness meditation into the mainstream for 40 years. Through an experiential approach, you will learn how to cultivate self-care and resilience holistically through the interconnection of mind and body – and awaken your own inner capacity for better stress management, coping, and healing.

mPEAK program was developed at UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness with the US National BMX Cycling Team in 2014. This intensive mindfulness training is for athletes, performing artists, first responders, business leaders, coaches, students and those who seek to draw upon this proven practice to achieve their goals, both personal and professional, as well as attain new levels of performance and success at work, in sports or life. This cutting-edge program is built around the latest brain research related to peak performance, resilience, focus, and “flow”.
