The original 8-week MBSR: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program developed at UMass. Medical School Center for Mindfulness brings a form of meditation known as mindfulness into the mainstream. Learn how to take better care of yourself through the interplay of mind and body – and mobilizing your own inner resources for coping, growing and healing.
