MBSR can help people who are coping with medical problems, job or family-related stress, and anxiety and depression. Certificate requirement: Attend at least 7 classes AND the all-day retreat in order to be issued a certificate of completion. This credential can be used to fulfill further teaching training pre-requisite set out by mindfulness training institutes such as UMass. Medical School Center for Mindfulness, Brown University Mindfulness Center, Oxford Mindfulness Centre, etc.
