Mindfulness Meditation Evening Group Practice English

In this 60-min group practice session, you will be introduced and guided to practice various types of mindfulness meditation and movement exercise. Find your inner peace and clarity, and bring awareness and kindness to your body and mind.
在這1小時的正念靜觀修習時段,導師將會指導小組一同共修各種靜觀練習,如靜坐及伸展等,好讓你能夠在完成一整天的繁忙活動後,在一個舒適的空間中找回內在的安寧及澄明,為自己的身心帶來多一點覺察與善念。(此修習活動主要以英語進行)

Venue: The Yoga Lane, Basement, No. 27 High Street, Sai Ying Pun (MTR Exit C), Hong Kong
Cost: Recommended donation $100 to cover venue fees. Excess of proceeds will be donated to Charity: Children’s Cancer Foundation.
Audience: Max. 10 people. Suitable for beginners, MBSR/MBCT graduates and people with mindfulness meditation experience.
