Just Practice! Mindfulness Meditation Evening – 14 & 21 Aug 2018 (Tuesday Night)
In this 75-min group practice session, you will be introduced and guided to practice various types of mindfulness meditation and movement exercise. Find your inner peace and clarity, and bring awareness and kindness to your body and mind.

Cost: Name your own price (Any amount is gratefully appreciated)
Audience: Max. 15 people. Both beginners and experienced mindfulness practitioners are welcome.
Yoga mats and a dozen meditation cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring your own equipment if you wish to.
Day of Mindfulness Silent Retreat – 26 Aug 2018 (for MBSR, MBCT, CEB graduates & mindfulness teachers)
This is an opportunity for renewing & cultivating presence from moment to moment, and being open to the experiences of practicing mindful attention.
Several teachers will guide meditations that include sitting, walking, eating practices, body scan and yoga movements.
NOTE: this event is recommended for graduates of MBSR, MBCT, CEB, and teachers of mindfulness programs for children and adolescents. Due to the silent nature of the day, it is not suitable for those without prior experience of mindfulness practices.
