In this 1.5-hour workshop, we will explore how mindfulness can be applied in areas of performance for athletes, executives, leaders, musicians, dancers, law enforcement, first responders and etc.

Karson is a Coach-in-Training of mPEAK (Mindful Performance Enhancement, Awareness and Knowledge) program developed by UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness. He is also a qualified MBSR teacher by UMass. Medical School Center for Mindfulness.
